Bagan Sites

Bagan proved to be such an interesting city. Our guide, Aung Aung took us to places he thought we would most enjoy, and he was absolutely correct. Aung was a former physics teacher in addition to being a lawyer. Since he is providing for an education for his younger brother and sister at the university, he is working as a tour guide as it pays much better than teacher or lawyer. He was a wealth of knowledge! More photos of temples exhibiting murals and stone carvings of Buddha and his life stories. A few of the stories were quite incredible!
